1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the multi-agent orchestration sandboxes, documentation portals, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AxWise UG (in formation) ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service & Apache 2.0 License
We provide tools and portals showcasing the AxWise Flow open-source repository. The core REST API gateway, database schemas, and multi-agent simulation routines are distributed under the Apache 2.0 Open Source License. Users who download, customize, and self-host the code are fully bound by the terms of the Apache 2.0 license, which grants a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the work, subject to standard copyright attribution.
3. User Content & Local Execution
All customer research materials, transcripts, documents, or data payloads you process locally within your self-hosted instance ("User Content") remain completely yours. We have no access to, ownership over, or liability for your local documents or their contents.
4. Prohibited Uses of the Portal
You agree not to use our web portals, APIs, or documentation gateways:
- In any way that violates applicable local or European laws and regulations.
- To attempt unauthorized access, network disruption, or denial-of-service vectors on our web servers.
- To scrape or mine documentation or interactive sandbox routines maliciously.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, in no event shall AxWise UG, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the open-source files, API integrations, or interactive web simulators.
